Over the past couple of years, there has been much debate over whether or not the VC model is broken and if the VC industry has become too large for its own good. In a recent paper, Steve Kaplan and Josh Lerner, two academic heavyweights, attempt to rebuke the “VC is Broken” claim, with mixed results.
