Deborah is a Managing Director and part of the Client Solutions EMEA team, based in Zurich. In this role, she focuses on building partnerships with the leading banks, wealth managers and family offices across Southern Europe and the Middle East. Since joining iCapital in 2021, she has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s presence and fostering strategic relationships in the regions.
Prior to joining iCapital, Deborah was part of StepStone’s Private Debt Business Development team for the Swiss market. Before joining StepStone, she was with Lombard Odier Private Banking on the Strategic Business Development team. Earlier in her career, she was a client associate for Private Markets investments at Neuberger Berman (Switzerland) GmbH and Credit Suisse AG.
Deborah holds a master’s in accounting and finance and a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of St. Gallen. She is also a CAIA charterholder.
